The book also describes the shrewd moves on the part of the IB to scuttle all attempts to get the case reinvestigated. The author has expressed his serious concern over the unbridled powers being enjoyed by the IB, an extra-constitutional authority, to the extent of influencing almost all our constitutional institutions. However, he has ended the book on an optimistic note — pinning his hopes on the judiciary.

Hindutva terror has finally emerged. It was on 6 April, 2006 when Nanded witnessed a bomb blast at the house of Laxman Rajkondwar, a longtime RSS activist, killing his son and another Sangh activist. The blast brought to the fore the systematic manner in which people associated with RSS and allied outfits were engaged in making and storing explosives, imparting arms training and planning to bomb minorities as part of their mission to establish Hindu Rashtra in India. Five years later, investigating agencies are in the know of the involvement of Hindutva supremacists in dozens of earlier and later blasts like Malegaon and Samjhauta Express. The role of international linkages and networks of different Hindutva formations in collecting funds, mobilising resources and supporting the cause has added further ferocity to this project. The present book, the first comprehensive treatment of the subject, shows that Hindutva terror is not a mere regional or rare phenomenon. Apart from bringing forth the commonality of tactics used by these terror modules, the book also looks at the phenomenon historically and presents hitherto unexplored evidence. It also underlines the Himalayan task which awaits the investigating agencies as they are yet to nab any of the masterminds, planners, financiers and ideologues of these terror attacks despite ample evidence.
Golwalkar’s “We or our nationhood defined”: A critique with full text of the book
We are witnessing a concerted attempt by the RSS to establish MS Golwalkar as the ‘prophet of a resurgent India,’ ‘a saint,’ ‘the best son of Bharat mata,’ and the ‘biggest gift to Hindu society in the 20th Century,’… This inspite of the fact that Golwalkar, throughout his life, remained committed to the concept of Hindutva which meant an inherent faith in Casteism, Racism and Imperialism. He stood for the establishment of a Hindu rashtra, or nation, where minorities like Muslims and Christians could exist only as second class citizens. اِس کتابچے کے مصنف ایس۔ ایم۔ مشرف نے نہایت گہرائی کے ساتھ مطالعہ کرکے انتہائی مختصر مگر جامع الفاظ میں ایک انتہائی خطرناک ، مکّار اور دہشت گرد تنظیم کا اصل چہرہ ملک کے سامنے پیش کیا ہے۔ آر ایس ایس کی اجازت کے بغیر بھارت میں پرندہ بھی پر نہیں مار سکتا۔اتنی طاقتور اور رسوخ کی حامل یہ تنظیم ملک کے تمام اہم اداروں پر قبضہ جمائے بیٹھی ہے۔ نتیجتاً ملک کے ہر کاروبار میں اس کی دخل اندازی دن رات جاری رہتی ہے۔ ہمارا ہمہ گیر مطالعہ ہمیں یہ بتاتا ہے کہ اس کی اجازت کے بغیر ملک میں کوئی بھی بڑا لیکن بُرا واقعہ رونما نہیں ہوسکتا۔ ہماری یہ تمام باتیں قارئین کو شاید مبالغہ آمیز لگیں۔ لیکن اس حقیقت کا اعتراف آر ایس ایس والے بھی نجی طور پر کرتے ہیں اور ہم جیسوں کو ان کی راہ کا روڑا نہ بننے کی اعلانیہ اور ڈھکی چھپی دھمکی بھی دیتے ہیں۔ آخر سوال یہ ہے کہ ہم اس تنظیم کی طاقت کا پورا اندازہ ہونے کے باوجود یہ قدم اٹھاکر خودکشی تو نہیں کررہے ہیں؟ لیکن اس وطنِ عزیز کی صدیوں کی تاریخ کا باریک بینی سے مطالعہ کریں تو پتہ چلتا ہے کہ ہمارے بہت سے مصلحین کو اسی کٹھن راہ سے گزرنا پڑا ہے۔ دراصل آر ایس ایس کا قیام تو صرف آزادی کی جدوجہد کی مخالفت کرنے کے لیے کیا گیا تھا۔ فی الحال آر ایس ایس اور اس سے قبل آریہ بھٹ برہمن وادیوں نے اکثریتی فرقے کو لوٹنے پر ہی اکتفا نہیں کیا بلکہ ایسا نظام قائم کیا ہے کہ ملک میں انارکی کا یہ دور دورہ ہمیشہ برقرار رہے۔ اسی لیے ہم یہ کتابچہ پوری ذمہ داری کے ساتھ اور جان ہتھیلی پر رکھ کر قارئین کے حوالے کر رہے ہیں۔

منہدم سرکاری صحت خدمات، سنگین طبی بحران۔ 63 ؍ بچوں، 18؍بالغوں کا قتل عام۔ اصل میں کیا ہوا، آزمائش میں گرفتار ڈاکٹر کی زبانی۔ 10 ؍اگست 2017 کی شام کو گورکھپور، اتر پردیش کے گورنمنٹ بابا راگھو داس میڈیکل کالج کے نہرو اسپتال میں مائع آکسیجن ختم ہوگئی۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق، اگلے دو دنوں میں، اسّی سے زیادہ مریض — تریسٹھ بچے اور اٹھارہ بالغ — اپنی جان سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھے۔ درمیانی گھنٹوں میں کالج کے شعبہ اطفال کے سب سے جونیئر لیکچرارڈاکٹر کفیل نے آکسیجن سِلنڈروں کو محفوظ بنانے، ہنگامی علاج کے انتظام اور مزید اموات کو روکنے کے لیے عملے کو جمع کرنے کے لیے غیر معمولی کوششیں کیں۔ جیسے ہی اس سانحے نے قومی توجہ حاصل کی، ڈاکٹر خان کو بحران پر قابو پانے اور صحت کے نظام کی طرف توجہ مبذول کرنے کے لیے ان کے انتھک کام کے لیے ایک ہیرو کے طور پر سراہا گیا، لیکن کچھ دن بعد، انھوں نے خود کو معطل اور برطرف پایا۔ ان کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کی گئی۔ ان کے ساتھ نو افراد پر بد عنوانی اور طبی غفلت سمیت سنگین الزامات عائد کیے گئے۔ جلد ہی انھیں اس کے لیے جیل بھیج دیا گیا۔ گورکھپور اسپتال کا سانحہ اور اگست 2017 کی اس اندوہناک رات کے واقعات ڈاکٹر کفیل خان کی زندگی کا پہلا تاریخی تجربہ ہیں اور اس کے بعد جو کچھ تلخ جدوجہد، غیر معینہ مدت تک کی معطلی، آٹھ ماہ کی طویل قید اور اس کے بعد کا دور تھا، انتہائی بے حسی اور ہراساں کرنے نیز انصاف کے لیے ایک انتھک جدوجہد کی کہانی ہے۔
بھگوا دہشت گردی اور مسلمان Bhagva dahshatgardi aur Musalmaan
اس کتاب میں بھگوادہشت گردی کو بے نقاب کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اس کے لازمی نتائج پیش کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے اور اس بات کی وضاحت کی گئی ہے کہ کس طرح بھگوا دہشت گرد کمال عیاری سے اپنے کرتوتوں کا الزام مسلمانوں کے سرتھوپنے میں کامیاب رہے ہیں نیز کس طرح اس معاملے میں مسلمانوں کے خلاف وہ منافرت معاون ہوئی ہے جسے سنگھ پریوار برسہا برس سے فروغ دینے میں مصروف ہے۔اس کتاب میں ان سیاسی پارٹیوں کی منافقانہ روش کا بھی تذکرہ ہے جو ”سیکولر“ کہلاتی ہیں مگردانستہ یاغیردانستہ طور پر بھگوادہشت گردوں کی آلہ ¿ کار بنی ہوئی ہیں۔اس روش سے حکومتیں،انتظامیہ اور تفتیشی ایجنسیاں شدید متاثر ہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ پولیس اور تفتیشی ایجنسیوں میں یہ سوچ عام ہے کہ جو بھی دہشت گردانہ وارداتیں وقوع پذیر ہوتی ہیں ان میں مسلمان ہی ملوث ہونگے۔اسی سوچ کو سنگھ پریوار فروغ دینا چاہتا ہے۔

”طفل ِبرہنہ پا کا عروج“ ان کی دلچسپ آپ بیتی ہے جو ان کے ۷۲ ؍سال کے تجربات اور یاد داشتوں کا نچوڑ ہے۔ اس کا لب لباب یہ ہے کہ اگر انسان کا عزم راسخ ہو اور وہ جدو جہد کرتا رہے تو شدید ترین مشکلات کے با وجود ترقی کی اعلی ترین منزلیں طے کر سکتا ہے۔ اس کتاب میں انہوں نے اپنی قوم کو ایک خاص پیغام دیا ہے: رجعت پسند کٹر پنتھی گروہوں کا یہ دعویٰ کہ وہ اکثریت کے نمائندے ہیں ایک مغالطہ ہے۔ اکثریت نہ متعصب ہے، نہ غیر روادار، نہ کٹر پنتھی ، نہ منافرت پسند۔ امن و آشتی کا راستہ یہ ہے کہ اکثریت سے ربط و ضبط اور میل ملاپ بڑھایا جائے اور ان کے ساتھ مل کر کام کیا جائے۔

قيدى نمبر100: بھارتی زنداں کے شب و روز
بھارتی تعذیب خانوںمیں بیتے روح فرسا لمحات کی روداد قلمبند کرنا میرے لئے آسان نہ تھا۔ ہر لمحہ جب بھی میں قلم ہاتھ میں لے کر لکھنے بیٹھتی تو جیل کی تاریک زندگی کے اذیت ناک مناظر کے ہوش ربا نقوش ذہن کے پردے پر تازہ ہوکر مجھے بے چین و بے قرار کر دیتے اور میں سخت ذہنی تناو¿ میں مبتلا ہوجاتی۔ پھر بہت دیر تک اسی حالت میں پڑی رہتی۔ بڑی مشکل سے سنبھل کر پھر لکھنا شروع کر دیتی، مگر لہو لہان یادوں کا ہجوم نمودار ہوتے ہی پھر ذہنی تناو¿ مجھے گھیر لیتا۔ یہ سلسلہ کتاب کی تخلیق کے پورے عمل کے دوران جاری رہا۔
رہائی پانے کے بعد سے میں بے خوابی کی بیماری میں مبتلا ہوں۔ نیند کی دوا کھائے بغیر مجھے نیند نہیں آتی ہے۔ رات رات بھر جاگتی رہتی ہوں۔گھٹن بھرے خواب اب بھی مجھے ستاتے ہیں ۔ خواب میں میں جیل، جیل کی سلاخیں، جیل کا اسٹاف اور جیل کا پرتناو¿ ماحول دیکھتی ہوں۔ ابھی بھی جب شام کے چھ بجتے ہیں تو ایک خوف سا طاری ہو جاتا ہے۔ چھ بجے کے بعد گھر سے باہر نکلنا مجھے عجیب سا لگتا ہے، کیونکہ شام کے چھ بجے جیل کی گنتی بند ہو جاتی تھی اور اس عادت نے میرے ذہن کو مقفل کر دیا ہے۔ اب بظاہر میں آزاد دنیا میں ہوں مگر ابھی بھی بنا ہاتھ پکڑے میں سڑک پر اطمینان سے نہیں چل سکتی ہوں کیونکہ پانچ سال تک پولیس والے میرا ہاتھ پکڑے مجھے تہاڑ جیل سے عدالت اور عدالت سے تہاڑ تک لے جایا کرتے تھے ۔ اس عادت نے میرے ذہن میں وہ نقوش چھوڑے ہیں جن کا مٹنا مشکل ہے۔

ऑपरेशन अक्षरधाम : मंदिर पर आतंकी हमला (Hindi)
पूरी दुनिया में ही हिंसा की बड़ी घटनाओं में अधिकतर ऐसी हैं जिन पर राज्य व्यवस्था द्वारा रचित होने का शक गहराया है। लेकिन रहस्य खुलने लगे हैं।
राज्य व्यवस्था को नियंत्रित करने वाले समूह अपनी स्वभाविक नियति को कृत्रिम घटनाओं से टालने की कोशिश करते हैं। वे अक्सर ऐसी घटनाओं के ज़रिए समाज में धर्म परायण पृष्ठभूमि वाले लोगों के बीच अपने तात्कालिक ज़रूरत को पूरा करने वाला एक संदेश भेजते हैं। उनका मक़सद समाजिक जीवन का ताना बाना और इंसानियत नहीं होती हैं। लेकिन यह इंसानी फ़ितरत है कि मूल्यों व संस्कृति को सुदृढ़ करने के मक़सद से जीने वाला सामान्य जन व बौद्धिक हिस्सा उस तरह की तमाम घटनाओं का अन्वेषण करता है और रचे गए झूठों को नकारने के लिए इतिहास की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करता है।
भारत में तीसेक वर्षो के दौरान जो बड़ी हिंसक घटनाएं हुईं उनके बारे में लोक धारणा स्पष्ट है। रक्षक जब भक्षक होता है तो लोक मानस अपनी तैयारी में जुट जाता है। अक्षरधाम की घटना का अन्वेषण बेहद तथ्यात्मक और तार्किक रूप में किया गया है। पूरी दुनिया में लोगों के खि़लाफ छेड़े गए एकतरफ़ा युद्ध के इस अध्याय का यह बारीकी से प्रस्तुत विवरण भी है और लोकतांत्रिक और समानता पर आधारित शासन व्यवस्था की खोज की दीर्घकालीन ज़रूरत का दस्तावेज़ भी।
आतंकी घटनाएं ‘कैपेबिलिटी डेमोंस्ट्रेशन’ अपने अंतर्विरोधों के बावजूद सत्ता की आम सहमति और आत्मघाती दस्तों के आविष्कार की एक पैकेजिंग है। यह आम धारणा आकार ले रही है और वह भविष्य में अपने राजनीतिक रास्तों की तलाश में लग चुकी है। पंजाब में आतंकवाद के अन्वेषण ने वहां एक नए तरह के राजनीतिक विमर्श को खड़ा किया है। यह किताब मुस्लिम आतंकवाद के शीर्षक की तमाम घटनाओं के ऐसी ही पड़ताल की ज़रूरत का एक दबाव बनाती है।
