We ship worldwide and orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days by Indian Postal Service or courier.

Customers from some countries like Nigeria, Pakistan may have problem in making payments. They may email us if the payment is failing.

Pre-paid Orders

Free Shipping Within India : Registered Post (Daakiya or Postman will deliver it). They do not call before they come as their daily time is fixed. Do not order through this mode if house is locked during the day and there will not be anyone to receive the packet. Depending on your distance from Delhi, the transit time can be 10 to 15 days.

Courier / Speed Post Within India : This will be charged a flat rate of Rs 100. Delivery will be within 3 to 10 days, depending on your distance from Delhi.

International:
(a) Foreign orders will be despatched by First Class Registered Airmail through Indian Post. This will take 3 to 5 weeks depending on your distance from India.
(b) Courier or Speedpost which may take 7-10 days.

Cash on Delivery (or VPP value payable parcel)

This option of COD or VPP is only available for customers from India.

Shipping Rates
Customers can choose between standard and fast shipping modes at check out. Our system will calculate the shipping rates depending on the shipping address. In a rare case if the system miscalculates the shipping, we will ask the customer to pay the difference between the actual and the calculated shipping cost.

Delays
Sometimes there are delays with the mail and orders may not always arrive within the above time frame. Holidays can delay the packages as well as bad weather. In international orders sometimes due to occasional delays with customs to certain countries.

Customs and duties on International orders?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable (generally Books are exempted) and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. I would like to place an order, and pay for it  Cash on Delivery (COD). What do I do?
This facility is only available for India. Simply continue through the checkout process, when you are on Payment page, simply select mode of payment as cash on delivery.

Bank Transfer
In case of Bank transfers orders we will later email you our bank account details to make your payment directly into our bank account. You will have to add us as a beneficiary on your netbanking account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have reached our account.

Bank Drafts and Cheques
We avoid Bank Drafts as Cheques are a better payment option. Because stop payment for a lost Bank Draft is a difficult process. And also cancelation of the bank draft is problematic.

I reside outside India, can I pay for my order through Bank (wire) transfer. What are your bank details?
We only accept Bank (wire) Transfer for bulk orders value US$500.00 and above. If you are planning to buy in bulk quantities (for reselling or free distribution) please Contact Us with detailed information.

I’m from Malaysia but want the books to be delivered in India. How should I Pay?
If you are from any other country, and want to ship the order to India, you can do so. Add the products to the basket normally, while checking out provide the Indian address in the shipping address field and checkout. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically for India. We will than ship the order to the shipping address provided.
