This User Agreement governs the use of all Pharos Media & Publishing Pvt Ltd
sites including milligazette.com, outreachindia.com and muslimindia.net. Your
use of the Service will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules. If
you do not agree with the rules contained in this Agreement, please do not use
the Service.
The Owner is an Indian company, based in India and is rendering worldwide
service from India, even though the Sites' address(es) may be located elsewhere.
However, the entire management and all the business activities including
providing the contents of the website, service, information, materials, data,
etc., are organized, updated and maintained by the Owner from India and are
controlled from India.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
By being permitted to use this Service, you expressly and unreservedly accept
the entire terms and conditions of this contract without any modification or
reservation and only thereupon will you be permitted to use the Pharos Media
& Publishing Pvt Ltd sites and the Services, irrespective of where you or
your organization are located. This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Either
party can terminate for any reason at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented
on the Sites, including graphical images, is owned by Pharos Media &
Publishing Pvt Ltd. You are permitted to print or download extracts from these
pages for your personal use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or to
any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes. Any
use of that content, including, but not limited to, copying, reproduction,
distribution, publication, display, modification, creation of derivative works,
transmission, or any other exploitation, in any medium, is strictly prohibited
unless express written and signed consent for such use has been obtained from

here. Contact us for correct and currect prices. All books listed may not be
available at the time one orders them.

third parties over whom Pharos Media & Publishing Pvt Ltd has no control.
Pharos Media & Publishing Pvt Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for
any of the material contained on those servers (or their service patterns).
We reserve the right to add to or change the terms of this Agreement without
prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page, and it is your
responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this service each
time. Changes could be made by us after the first posting to the Sites and you
will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Sites
after that time.

rights of another third party connected to the sites in any capacity.

the site material regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in
delivery; (c) any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon
the site material; (d) any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract,
tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on the site material or from the
use of the internet generally.
